Stuffed Shells with Rock Shrimp
• 1 pound Rock Shrimp
• 1 pint Ricotta Cheese
• 2 cups Mozzarella shredded
• 1 cup Parmesan shredded
• 1 pint Marinara Sauce
• seasoning, salt and pepper
• 1/2 pound pasta shells
• Boil and drain pasta
• While pasta is boiling, combine all ingredients hold back half the marinara and parmesan, to garnish the top of shells
• Stuff the shells and garnish
• Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
