Huckleberry Dinner

Sunday Dinner @ The Zoo Lounge: 

  1. Goat, Prosciutto & Huckleberry Bruschetta. 
  2. Huckleberry BBQ Brisket, with Mashed Baby Reds, Glazed Golden Carrots with Lavender, Thyme, and Huckleberry Honey and Mixed Greens with Feta and Huckleberry Vinaigrette. 
  3. Huckleberry Scones with Vanilla Ice Cream.
